Empire Media Collective owns the rights to Bass Empire, but we are not limited to bass-focused content. While Bass Empire is part of our collective, we work with all types of music and artists across various genres.
What We Offer
We provide professional PR services designed to get your music in front of the right audience. Here’s how we do it:
- Press Releases and Promo Pages: We’ll create professional press releases and original promo texts based on your records, ensuring your release is presented in a compelling way. Additionally, we will set up a dedicated promo page to showcase your content, helping it reach the right audience with maximum impact.
- Targeted Media Campaigns: Your promo will be sent to our media list, and we’ll handle all incoming responses (interview requests, inquiries, etc.).
- Ongoing Press Support: Throughout the campaign, we’ll send updates about your activity (e.g., tour dates, new singles) without any extra fees, so long as you keep us informed.
- Follow-Up Emails: Mid-campaign, we’ll send reminders to media contacts who haven’t responded yet, ensuring maximum visibility.
- Release Day Promotion: If your campaign is launched ahead of your release date, we’ll include an “Out Today” promo on the official day.
- After-Campaign Requests: Even once your campaign is finished, we’ll continue to forward any new requests or interview opportunities that come our way.
- Client Support: If you need specific help, like organizing a premiere or reaching out to a particular media outlet, we’re here to assist.
- Satisfaction Guarantee: If the press release or promotional materials don’t quite capture your vision, we commit to revising them. These revisions are included in the price to make sure everything meets your expectations.
What We Don’t Do
While we offer comprehensive PR services, there are certain things we don’t handle. Our goal is to be transparent about what’s included, so you know exactly what to expect. Here’s what we won’t do:
- We don’t control what media outlets publish. The decision to feature or cover your content is always up to the editorial teams of the magazines, blogs, and webzines we contact. It’s their job to evaluate if the material aligns with their readership and editorial guidelines. Our role is to present your content professionally; what they choose to publish is entirely in their hands.
- We don’t offer social media management services.
- We won’t work with discriminatory, racist, or intolerant content.
- We won’t provide final reports—today’s real-time media landscape means you’ll see the results through direct coverage and social media.

Refund Policy
- Refunds can be requested within 7 days of payment if no work has been delivered.
- Partial refunds may be available if work has started but has not been delivered in full.
- No refunds once the press release has been delivered and sent to media outlets.
