Fuzzrocious Pedals unveils the Big Fella Overdrive/Distortion/Fuzz Pedal

Fuzzrocious Pedals releases the Big Fella, a new overdrive, distortion, and fuzz pedal. Features include 9-18V operation, gated fuzz, feedback footswitch, and Li’l Fella/Demon toggle. Available now for $180.

Fuzzrocious Pedals has launched the Big Fella, a new pedal that expands the features of their popular Li’l Fella model. This versatile pedal offers overdrive, distortion, gated fuzz, and feedback effects, providing musicians with a wide array of tonal possibilities.

The Big Fella operates on 9-18V, giving users the option to choose between varying levels of headroom and compression. “The Gate footswitch adds an aggressive fuzzy gate that will give players a synthy, gated fuzz tone with hard cuts, perfect for palm mutes and power chords or velcro sounds,” states Fuzzrocious Pedals. “The momentary feedback footswitch is updated from previous designs with an internal trimpot allowing more or less volume and chaos.”

The pedal also includes a mini-switch that toggles between the Demon and Li’l Fella settings. The Li’l Fella setting features a gain pot for more precise control over the drive’s saturation, while the Demon setting provides straightforward volume, tone, and drive controls.

Additional features of the Big Fella include top-mounted power and audio jacks and a wide tone sweep, allowing for extensive sound customization.

The Fuzzrocious Pedals Big Fella is now available for purchase at $180.

With over two decades of experience in the music industry, I've worn many hats - from running a record label and a PR agency to contributing to esteemed publications like Metal Hammer and Terrorizer. I've also authored books on iconic subjects such as Kurt Cobain's guitars and The Beatles. My journey led me to the editor's chair of Guitarrista, a print magazine dedicated to the crafts of guitar playing and building. Despite this diverse background, my true passion has always leaned towards the bass guitar. I have a particular fondness for offset basses and play a Thunderbird.
